Our broad range of funds and separate accounts are spread across private equity and listed shares (including hedge funds). Our investment strategies span the risk/return spectrum, from core to opportunistic. We have over 80 funds – both listed and unlisted – and we have a significant presence in the real estate securities and multi-manager sectors.

We offer balanced/diversified portfolios as well as funds focused on specific real estate types and/or regions.

Our investment approach is based on in-depth research provided by our global research and strategy team. Top-down research is used to develop portfolio strategy and to identify target markets. Bottom-up research integrates local market analysis into each investment decision. Our experienced local investment professionals are responsible for actively managing their local portfolios and developing strategies to capitalise on market opportunities.
